We have created a series of short videos to help show you how the various functions work.

To upload your own images, photos, Icons or fonts go to "My Brand" on your dashboard.  When they are loaded you will have access to them when you are creating or editing a template in the Template Editing page.

If you are a subscriber you will have access our Pexels image/photo library where there are over 1 million photos that are FREE for you to use.   You also have access to IconFinder a royalty-free icon library that is FREE for you as well.   Both have search functions, just enter what you are looking for and see what comes up.

There are plenty of royalty-free websites where you can find new photos, shapes, icons or graphics to add to your folders. Search websites like www.Unsplash.com, www.Pixabay.com, www.Shutterstock.com, www.Fotolia.com  for a vast selection of royalty-free photos and vector graphics.   The best format for graphics for Dzyn Space is SVG format, this will enable you to change the colour of any graphics you upload.  Search websites like www.icons8.com and www.freepik.com.

Over time we will keep loading photos, shapes, lines, and icons to the database but if you have a specific need please contact us and we are more than happy to help you set up things just for you!

Photos are best imported as JPEGs and icons or shapes as SVG files - this gives you the ability to adjust their colours.

If you want to upload your own images or photos this is how you do it - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=grheUn7C_LA

Yes, you can do this in "My Brand". You can make the colours of your corporate brand.   Enter your corporate PMS or Hexadecimal (Hex) colour and the colour will be displayed, you can save and name it.   This can be used when you are editing templates in the Template Editing screen.

Watch our Video of how to do this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sgse07oPFwI

We recommend that you use Google Chrome as your Internet Browser. If you find an issue please let us know - we will fix it, just email us at hello@dzynspace.co.nz

When you are in the Template Editing Screen and you adjust the text block - the board that shows around the text - i.e. drag a corner upwards or downwards this will scale the font either up or down. The point size will not change but the font will look bigger or smaller. If you drag the box to the right the font stays the right size.

Watch our Video on how to do this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KNuuu2WJ9Tw

When you are ready to use the file you can download different versions for different applications. If your template has multiple pages you can save all the pages in one file by choosing PDF. If you want each page as a single file then save as JPEG, PNG or SVG. If you are sending your file to a printer the choose PDF for print, this option has 3 mm bleed added. SVG - stands for Special Vector Graphics - this is the highest resolution file option. An SVG file can be used by signwriters for printing the file out in a big version.

Curved text is a new feature that lets you "bend" text.   Have a look at our video of how this works - try it

This function allows you to start with one colour and move to another.  Have a look at our video of how this works - try it

With this function, you can change the look of your photo's with transparency.   Look at this video to see how it use it

Yes.   We have created the shortcuts for Copy (Crtl+C) and Paste (Ctrl+V).   These are very useful if you want to copy any items from one page of a multipage template to another page.   You can also use the backspace or delete key to delete items on a template and for Undo you can use Ctrl+Z.

NB:   Control key is used by PC and MAC keyboards.

At the moment you cannot share a template. We are working on adding this function to the platform in the near future.

We have a wide range of icons, lines and shapes free for you to use in your designs and you can also upload your own.

The best file format is SVG,  this allows you to change the colour of them easily!    BUT some SVG’s won’t change their colour correctly.  When an SVG file is made up of a lot of different paths and structures - they won't change the colour through our colour wheel or gradient colour tool.    We are always trying to improve our software and how it works so we do apologise if there are any files that are not changing to how you would like them. But if there is something in particular you need, please contact us at hello@dzynspace.co.nz.
